2016 XC Season Athlete Recognition and Awards

...2009 is intact!. Sophomore Emma Magic ran  this year as an individual after participating with the first Aragon girl’s team to make State in 2015. Emma has a goal to go again the next 2 years to become the first Aragon  girl to run in it all 4 years. If she does accomplish her goal she will join last year graduate Ryan McAuliffe who is the only athlete in school history to accomplish the feat!

At the XC Awards Potluck the following recognition/awards were acknowledged for the 2016 season:

Aragon Girls Varsity --- 1st  Aragon Girls team to win the PAL Championship! Team members: Emma Madgic, Beata Gold, Magot Bellon, Sophie Louie, Lydia Villa, Miwa Ikeda and Kimberly Woo.

All PAL League Members: Emma, Beata, Margot and Sophie

CCS Participants: Girls Team and Varsity Boys athletes Noah Strause and Jason Leung

MVPS XC Teams: Varsity Girls-Emma Madgic—Varsity  Boys-Noah Strause---JV Girls-Miwa Ikeda---F/S Boys- Nicholas Finke
